1. Download Eclipse for C/C++ Developers
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
2. Download MinGW
http://www.mingw.org/category/wiki/download
3. Extract Eclipse files to "D:\Program Files\Eclipse"
4. Extract all MinGW files to "D:\Program Files\MinGW"
5. Set Path Variable to "D:\Program Files\MinGW\bin"
6. Now Start "Eclipse.exe" from "D:\Program Files\Eclipse"
