i checked few commands ..its not working

can u give an example of how u sent mail ?.....

I hope the commands you used were correct...

Connection to the mail servers is getting timed out......
No access i think.....

If you have your own linux system then you can check the log file in
/var/log/maillog to check the status. But i think here you will not having access to it.
